This songs history is amazing... Black Sabbath wrote it during a lunch break in the studio right before a show in Germany. The best thing about Parinoid is that the song is very easy for new bands to practice and cover. It is a very simple 1/8 beat song that can be covered for just about evry version of metal there is out there... from clasic hard rock, to 80's hair and thrash metal, to todays high count death and gloom metal... it is a universial song.
